QUALITY POLICY

A subject of our activity is production and sale of safe parts for vehicles, machines and devices fulfilling requirements and expectations of our customers. Expected quality level of offered products is achieved mainly through:

  • raising professional qualifications of the personnel,
  • market monitoring,
  • careful selection of suppliers,
  • permanent process of developing efficacy of the Quality Management System, work arrangement and production methods focused on avoiding mistakes and continuous cost reduction.

 

Effort made by all the workers thanks to awareness developed by training is focused on increasing customer's satisfaction.



QUALITY

Company mission is a reflection of customer orientation as well as aiming at optimisation of all processes in the company. To fully satisfy customers' expectations as for quality we had to concentrate on achieving quality level that meets ISO requirements. We succeeded. First certificate we gained as IZNS. It was a year 1998 and our Quality System was certified for ISO 9002 by the Polish Centre for Testing and Certification. Next step taken was certificate of accordance with ISO 9001:2000 by DQS Poland. After IZNS Group was established our company received a separate certificate confirming that our Quality Management System fulfils requirements of ISO 9001:2000 for the scope: production and sale of parts and accessories for cars, machines and devices.

Management is assisted by using modern computer programmes including::

  • integrated software of MRP II/ERP class (by QAD Polska) - MFG PRO
  • application EKSPERT V.5
  • MEGA CAD v. 4.5
